Conservation Fun Day on Motutapu Island!!

On the 9th December 2018, the PGSA held an event that combined fun and productivity by going out and helping the environment!

We headed over to Rangitoto and Motutapu island, where there were Kiwi, Takahe, and many endangered species to be seen. The majority of the day was spent volunteering but by the looks of these photos it looks like a fun, chill day. Who says you can't have fun whilst helping out??

We are so proud of our PGSA Members for taking their time and money to come and do an entire day of conservation! Thanks for giving back to our beautiful country and spreading a positive image of the University of Auckland. You were amazing!

If this is something you wished you could be a part of but couldn't attend, make sure to let us know and we can always organise another one!
